Registration for 2024-25 school year opens on February 1, 2024.
Registration for the 2024/25 school year opens February 1, 2024. You will need Adobe Reader to fill out the registration forms. Click icon to download Adobe if you don’t have it.
Please submit all forms below.
In order to process your application, all of the following must be submitted:

A completed registration package including all the forms.

A non-refundable $100 (Non-base Fee) registration fee for any new student (siblings).
3
A currently dated non-refundable deposit for the last month’s tuition fee (applied to June of the school year).

Rotessa direct debit form signed and dated for the monthly payments along with a void cheque
* Any NSF cheques will be subject to a $10 service charge (Non-base Fee).
Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Completed packages may be mailed to the Thornhill Nursery School & Kindergarten, 140 Brooke Street, Thornhill, Ontario, L4J 1Y9, or dropped off at the school office between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
To avoid disappointment, register early as classes fill up quickly.
2024/25 Fees (Base Fees)
If the program of your choice is filled to capacity, you may elect to choose an alternate program or place your name on a waiting list. For families with more than one child in the school, a 10% discount will be applied against the lower tuition fee for each additional sibling, excluding the registration fee (Non-base Fee).
The monthly fees for the 10-month programs are itemized below. The half day hours are 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and the full day hours are 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

**We are not currently participating in the Canada-wide Early Learning and Child Care System for 2024/2025. We have chosen to opt out at this time.

New Student Registration Form
Returning Student Registration Form
Returning Student Families, please PRINT the Returning Student Registration Form (it is only 1 page), fill out the appropriate information, SIGN in ALL places and submit to Thornhill Nursery School along with your currently dated deposit cheque for the registration to be complete. Kindly note that we do not require another void cheque if your banking information is the same.
Priority status for registration is as follows:

Registration is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Subject to space availability, a child is considered enrolled when the application forms are complete and submitted with the deposit, the registration fee (if applicable) and a completed and signed Rotessa Authorization form.
